2) The membership annual fee is non-refundable.

3) The annual membership fee must be paid in full by cheque or credit card within invoiced terms.

4) If the company chooses to pay monthly by bank standing order, the company remains liable for the total annual membership fee, eg the annual membership agreement remains and can’t be cancelled mid-term.

5) Membership entitles the company to have access to the ABP Club website and ABP Club publications.  Platinum Bodyshop, Gold Bodyshop and Gold Supporter members also have access to ABP Club Meetings, and receive an enhanced ABP Club Directory listing to include a website link.

6) ABP Club reserves the right towithdraw your membership for the following reasons:

    1. Should you abuse the privileges of accessing the website forum by use libellous allegations on the Club’s website forum. Your annual membership fee shall not be refunded.
    2. A website forum access username and password is provided to each member on an individual basis.  It is to be kept secure to the individual at all times and must not be shared with any other person or company.   If it is shared, your membership may be withdrawn.  Your annual membership fee shall not be refunded.
    3. Breach of Copyright.  Your annual membership fee shall not be refunded.
    4. ABP Club has the sole discretion to terminate your membership at any time during the annual subscription term, if in our opinion we feel your membership is not in the best interests of ABP Club, or that your membership is no longer commercially viable. In this circumstance, ABP Club will refund the unused element of your subscription on a proportional basis, eg ‘x’ months.
